10oz Container of Terrafina Golden Raisins
Sunco & Frenchie LLC, located in Pine Brook, New Jersey, is recalling its 10oz Terrafina Golden Raisins due to the potential presence of undeclared sulfites. Individuals with a sulfite allergy or sensitivity could experience severe or life-threatening allergic reactions if they ingest these raisins.
The product was distributed in New York retail stores by Smith Valley Foods, LLC and is packaged in a 10-ounce clear plastic container with orange labeling. The affected products have Best If Used By dates of 08/2025 (Lot# GRA240602) and 05/2025 (Lot# GDR240901), with a UPC of 847938001385. The rear of the product shows the product is distributed by Smith Valley Foods LLC.
The recall was issued following routine sampling by the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets Food Inspectors, which revealed the presence of sulfites not listed on the packaging.
No illnesses related to this issue have been reported.
Consumers who have purchased Terrafina Brand Golden Raisins are advised not to consume the product and to return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.
