Description:

The recalled product is a pair of brown stretch twill pants for children with ribbed cuffs and a drawstring. The pants came with a blue or green butter fleece crewneck shirt that has a winking smiley face embroidered near the left shoulder. The pants are available in sizes 18M to 5T. The label inside the pants says “Suzhou Megatex Import And Export” and the style number CP08513. Only the pants are part of this recall.

Remedy:

The recalled pants pose a risk to children and should be removed from them immediately. The faux drawstrings should be cut off and discarded. TJX can provide instructions on how to dispose of the pants and receive a full refund. Alternatively, the pants can be returned to any Marshalls store for a full refund.
